I use the Waterlase iPlus on every patient, every day, whether for fillings, extractions, or cleaning tissue around orthodontic brackets.  My go-to tips are the Z6 9mm and Z8 6mm.  I use the Z6 for most soft tissue procedures, adjusting the settings to achieve the desired results, and the Z8 for most hard tissue procedures. When performing periodontal or endodontic procedures, I opt for the specialty tips recommended."
